Event-planning is not a static business; it is a process, which requires an up-to-date mentality. Through many years of experience a staff-pool of more than 18.000 people with all kinds of capabilities and skills, so that all your potential needs can be satisfied. Hostesses/hosts, models, children models, service-staff, professional barkeepers, cooks or artists for all kinds of performances. We do not only provide the personnel – we can also do catering for you or organize the complete event with live music, light show, moderation, or any act that you would favor.

 

Our own claims are to provide exclusively experienced staff. We provide comp-cards of our preselected staff to give you a first impression. Further you assemble the team you need with our competent advises. A personal casting will provide the chance to get to know your event-staff in person and together we will select the perfect team for the perfect event. If wanted, we will provide the outfit of the staff according to your demands.

Who we are

ABOUT EPMS

epms was founded in 2000 by Anke Franz with the head office in Alfdorf/Baden-Württemberg. Beginning with just a handful of employees, leading to eight permanent positions and one in traineeship, as office clerks responsible for office-communication. Our staff-pool of 18.000 people, handpicked, qualified and always up to date. Nationwide in Germany and in Europe we are constantly in action with more than 10.000 working days of our external people at events annually. Well known companies – nationally and internationally – put their trust in us, e.g. Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Erdinger-Brauerei, Nestlé, Deutsche Lufthansa, Canon Europe, Commerzbank and SieMatic-Küchen.
